

(Lebanon,NY) Lebanon town officials have asked Town Assessor David Gray to present an assessment revaluation workshop for town residents to explain the assessment revaluation process in the wake of a series of complaints received related to last year’s townwide revaluation when the Lebanon Town Board gathers for its monthly meeting on Monday, March 8 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Office, 1210 Bradley Brook Road in the hamlet.
The public is invited to attend.
Gray, who is shared by the towns of Lebanon, Georgetown and Eaton, through its Coordinated Assessment Program (CAP) that consolidates and cost shares assessor services, was asked by town officials to conduct the program in the wake of some ongoing questions and complaints about the revaluation process by town residents that were first aroused and raised during the townwide revaluation last year. Gray has been asked by town officials to explain the assessment process, revaluation, and answer questions for local residents who continue to object to the methods utilized.
