• On May 18 a fraud complaint was filed at Wheat Street location after a man reported that he had been notified that he had won $100,000 in a lottery. Reports state that the man was sent a $4,980 check to pay “taxes” and that he deposited the check into his local bank account and then wired the money to a Houston, Texas address and to Canada. • On May 21 a damage to property complaint was filed at a Penor Street location after a woman reported that a man known to her had thrown a hammer and struck her car. The woman said the man threw the hammer, in part, in retaliation for the complainant’s boyfriend confronting the man regarding an earlier incident where the man allegedly pulled a knife on the boyfriend’s sister. • On May 23 a theft by shoplifting complaint was filed at Pilot Truck Stop on Eatonton Road after a woman reported that a man had pumped 300 gallons of diesel fuel into his truck but when he attempted to pay $665.70 for the fuel the card he was attempting to use was denied. The man was instructed to render proper payment and the man, reports state, acted as if he was discussing the issue with the card company but then the man left... Source
HORICON, Wisconsin (February 8, 2010) — John Deere recently announced updates to models in its utility series of vehicles, part of the broadest portfolio of utility vehicles on the market. Within the Utility Series, the Gator TX, Gator TH and Gator TE models all received updates in time for the 2010 Deere Season.
The versatile John Deere Utility Series vehicles are designed to meet the demanding needs of the hardest working customers in the most economical way. From light transport, to the most difficult commercial tasks, these reliable machines get the job done.

With improved performance in mind, the horsepower for the Gator TX has increased (19 HP) and now features 90 percent more torque than previous models. The TX also has quicker acceleration, reaching a maximum speed of 20 miles-per-hour 44 percent faster than the previous model. In addition, a new coil-over-shock suspension system delivers a smoother ride.
