Need wheel-changing instructions
There is nothing wrong with the wheels, but they should come with instructions on how to change the wheels. As a previous reviewer mentioned, when you turn the nut on the wheels, the whole axel turns, making it virtually impossible to change these tires alone. It shouldn't be that hard to change these wheels!

Gator rear wheels
The wheels were kind of cumbersome to change. Two people had to hold a wrench on the nut of each wheel, because the whole rear axle turned if you tried to loosen just one of the nuts. The wheels are too thin and wear out too fast. They spin too easily on concrete, so Peg Perego should look into molding a strip of rubber into the wheel so it gets better traction, and won't wear out as fast due to loss of traction on concrete.

Made our ride on brand new again!
Our gator lasted three years on the wheels it came with - I should really say 2 and half because for the past 6 months - the wheels were literally coming apart - my second child really enjoyed driving it around - such an educational toy - they learn how to control it - drive it - make decisions on what they think the toy can handle - I think they get a sense of independence - and of course - the fun factor is sky high - so I was really excited to find these tiresChanging the tires is a two man job - with the right tools - the reason being that each time you turn the bolt on the tire - the entire "axle" turns too - so you need to have a wrench that will hold the axle in place and another wrench to turn the bolt - but - once it is done - you'll have another 2plus years of "drive time" yay!!
