OF THE CITY OF

HOT SPRINGS

November 7, 2011

A regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of Hot Springs, South Dakota, was convened on November 7, 2011 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Mueller Center with Mayor Don De Vries presiding.

Members Present: Mayor Don De Vries, Carl Atchley, Joseph Bartolome, Dave Burris, Raymond Ecoffey, Wes Grimes, Craig Romey and Dwight Wynia.

Members Absent: Carolann Schwarzenbach

Staff Present: Administrator \ Finance Officer Harley Lux, Assistant Finance Officer Debbie Romey.

ALL ACTIONS RECORDED IN THESE MINUTES WERE BY UNANIMOUS VOTE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

Agenda: Moved by Atchley, seconded by Romey to approve the agenda.

Minutes: Moved by Atchley, seconded by Grimes to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held October 17, 2011.

Claims: Moved by Atchley, seconded by Ecoffey to approve the bills in between totaling $145,132.25.
