Universal IsoBus allows third-party machine control
John Deere’s Application Pro Universal software system now allows third-party machines to be switched on and off automatically according to their GPS position through the GreenStar 2 precision farming package.
There are three optional modules: Sprayer Pro, Seeder Pro and Spreader Pro. These initially support only Kverneland Group IsoBus implements, but other brands of IsoBus machine will eventually be tested and added to the approved compatibility list to provide the same auto-section control benefits.
