A Country Colony man was cut with a knife after an altercation last week with his former girlfriend's sister.
The 23-year-old man told deputies on Friday he and his girlfriend had been living together up until the day before when she moved out to live with another man. He said she left behind her mother, who had been living with them.
The man said his former girlfriend's sister came by later to pick up her mother. He said she began yelling at him, saying he had been bad-mouthing her sister, the report said.
The younger woman then "grabbed the refrigerator and flipped it on the floor," spilling the contents, the incident report said. According to the report, she then grabbed a butcher knife and began swinging it at him, cutting him on the back of his hand.
The woman then left with her mother, the report said.
Deputies tried contacting the woman but could not reach her. The officers noted in their report they would seek a warrant.
