Poor customer service and warranty
I have had the service technician come out on three different occasions in 1 year for problems with this tractor. On my recent call-in to schedule an appointment I was told I had to wait 6 weeks for a technician to come out; rediculous! Whatever you do, if you do buy this tractor, don't buy their extended service agreement. I paid over $500.00 and this is what I get!

cheap mowing deck
I bought this mower new from Sears, at Christmas. Mowed with it Twice, and the belt broke. Sears said since I had had it, more than 30 days it wasn't covered. I paid $40 for new belt and installed it, it threw it off again, I checked and the Idler pulley was shaking so bad that it was throwing the belt. I tighten up the arm that holds the Idler pulley and It has stayed on so far. Lot of money for problems and no warranty.

Great mower -- though my first zero-turn.
Just bought this about 2 weeks ago, so I've only used it twice! I don't really have any negative to say, other than: 1. My grass was a bit tall, but it doesn't appear to be a good finishing mower. 2. Wheels tend to tear up the ground if you turn too sharply. If all you want to do is cut your grass down quickly, this works great! I was warned NOT to use on hilly lawns; My yard is very steep, and this mower has no problem negotiating my hills!
