I like it!
Cast iron opener has some moisture damage (discoloration and a touch of rust in spots) which dosent bother me. It is going to be mounted outside. But if you wanted it to be pristine you would be disappointed. For me, this is not an issue and i think it gives the opener character. If you want shiny, get the polished stainless one.

Nostalgic? Yes. Functional? Not as much.
FYI: Cracker Barrel discontinued these. I've heard John Deere did too, so I'm not sure if these are old models or knock-offs. A very basic wall mounted bottle opener will work better. But who wants basic? You'll have to sacrifice the ease of use that a basic wall mount brings if you want *this* John Deere Wall Mount Bottle opener. There may be better ones out there. But it takes me a few tries to get this bugger to open your beer/beverage. And I'm certain it's not the user having issues here. My lighter/kitchen knife/table edge/other bottle of beer/etc. are all easier to use than this. But, hey, for 2-3 tries per bottle, it's worth a John Deere stamp. If you don't think so, I'd say look elsewhere.
