Without the model number, it's hard to give you an exact answer. Try giving it a tune up and changing the fuel filter to see if that corrects the idle problem. Call your local John Deere House..in your area..do be careful of doing this yourself...Companys are making it harder due to safety issues. Sorry, cannot tell you..due to liability...
