Could be 1 or more issues out of at least a dozen possibilities. First test the battery with a voltmeter to make sure it has full charge and it is absolutely rating. If it can not This is the charger, battery or outlet use. If it has a full charge then it may be the connector on the Deere. Be sure to look at the connectors to ensure no Blocking is the connection when plugged in. It could be the power switch Deere self too. When everything looks good with the multimeter continuity test again across the switch / pedal. If it does not check to remove it from the Deere and call for a replacement. It could be a bad move, bad charger, bad battery. Or a recurring connection to plug in Deere battery charger or battery-connection. Of course there are other possibilites but it is the first step.
